Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle of Flesh (commonly referred to as “Phantasmagoria 2”)

I was warned this game is a pile of shit; whether my finishing it anyway is due to stubbornness or stupidity, I leave to you. There’s good in the game—among the cast is a well-written gay character, a rarity in any sort of 90s media—and so much of what’s bad about it also makes for material to riff on, but the haphazard discussions of mental health and sexuality combined with an awful closing sequence means whatever joy is in this cheese will be long gone by the time the credits roll. Point subtracted for the terrible final puzzle.
