Street Smart (PC version, SNK 40th Anniversary port played for review)

When a game is so busted that the first seconds of gameplay make you wonder if you’re playing the game wrong, because no way could it be THIS bad, noooooo, it must be a problem on your end? Yeah, that’s a bad time. Imagine a two-player fighting game designed like “Final Fight”, which is meant to be played against a legion of dummies to beat up, then imagine all the programmers were children who live their lives as though they just got kicked in the head with a steel-toed boot. This makes the first “Street Fighter” look good in comparison.
