Aladdin (SNES version)

It is a crap retelling of one of Disney's most beloved animated features, and saying the phrase "Aladdin video game" gives the assumption you're talking about the Genesis version. Don't care. My go-to example of a platform game with damn near perfect game feel, "Aladdin" conveys both weight and joy with movement, making up for some questionable design elements. Its feel is hard to convey in conventional terms, but...well, Aladdin's second-greatest joy in life was navigating the streets of Agrabah, and conveying that love to the player seemed to be the primary goal here. Perfect for a rainy day.
