I don’t demand every that wrestling match play out like a comic book, but if you’re going to have a CHIKARA showcase on your show, you’ve no better option for how it should play out. The whole match is built around making Jigsaw look like a star, but there’s plenty of other character work done that those not familiar with any of these guys before the match could pick them out of a lineup by the end of the night (save maybe, and ironically, Icarus and Quackenbush). A low-end MOTY candidate in a year full of outstanding and memorable contests.
