Bayonetta (revisited)
The third-best character-action game of all time (if "NieR: Automata" counts as a character-action game), "Bayonetta"'s flaws are still easily forgiven. The list of video games that put its audience through as much madness as are in these eight hours is short, and that the real meat comes with what's in the post-game means you'll be spending a long time with one of the most engaging combat systems of all time. The only real complaint against it are still the QTEs, which might actually be worse here than in any other version of the game. Like I said, easily forgivable.
