Double Inoue (Kyoko Inoue and Takako Inoue) vs. Manami Toyota and Toshiyo Yamada for the WWA Tag Team Championship, from AJW Wrestlemarinepiad 1994

I can’t imagine any match featuring Toyota and Double Inoue being anything less than good, and there were some interesting twists revolving around Kyoko and Toyota working as babyfaces and the others working heel when the occasion called for it. There’s also more sloppiness than I’d expect given who was working and, at over half an hour long, far too lengthy for the story being told; the hot finish was at least choreographed well. This is the sort of match I imagine could have been a classic for the ages at half the length and only using what worked here.
