Elden Ring (PS5 version)

Remember how the joke and criticism at the heart of AVGN’s video on “Milon’s Secret Castle” was that designing a game in a manner that demands the use of guides to do anything and accomplish your goals in something approaching a feasible fashion is not a good idea? Times have changed, though, and now the game is considered a classic along with “E.T.” and “Hotline Miami 2”. Also, remember how past Soulslike titles would have you get hit like a truck but also gave wiggle room for you so boss fights could evolve instead of just killing you in two hits?
