The simplicity. The cleanliness. The wish fulfillment. The “purchasing a fed that happened to have J**y R**n under open contract and firing him without a second thought” of it. There have arguably been more complex, rewarding, and thorough wrestling booking simulators than EWR, but this is the perfect midpoint of conveyance and accessibility, and that there are folks still dedicated to putting out monthly mods that update rosters, skillsets, and relationships between wrestlers means I’m far from alone in this sentiment. The first campaign can be tough, but once you know what stats to actively track, it’s a compelling experience.
