Kirby Super Star

The consensus greatest Kirby game of all time, which I guess means Kirby is the worst video game franchise of all time. Instead of making one great game, HAL Laboratory’s “Kirby Super Star” is made up of several bad games, hoping that seven games that would score a 2 in one cartridge equal a 14. You have the option of playing with a sidekick, but in a game so devoid of challenge save BS attacks that come from offscreen or lack a telegraphing element, what’s the point? The SNES has too many Actually Great games to justify deifying this trash.
