Little Sister
There's a lot to love about "Little Sister". Addison Timlin is the sort of actress that can convey a variety of emotions with a blink, Ally Sheedy hasn't lost a step, and this being a period piece set in 2008 would be weird if it didn't actually work. That said, the world builds a place to occupy and, at under ninety minutes, hardly lets us stay there, and with no strong A-plot to guide the story, "Little Sister" just proceeds until it decides to end. Much of this can be excused as character study, but it's asking a bit much.
