Ms. Marvel (Destined)

This episode of the rare Disney Marvel show I enjoy packs a lot of twists in—maybe too many. I imagine that a proper film would have spaced the biggest revelations across its second act with more grace than this, but as it is, we’ve barely had time to adjust to the first before the second barrels in, and while future episodes might be so packed that this was the ONLY place these elements could have been incorporated, that doesn’t change that it still feels overstuffed. There’s plenty of fun in this episode, though, including one great climactic action sequence.
