Ninja JaJaMaru-kun

Sometimes, I get to wondering why folk older than me can be hesitant towards regarding video games as art. Then I remember there was a decade or so where every video game was a single-screen joyless affair designed to steal quarters from children. The most entertaining part about “Ninja JaJaMaru-kun” is saying its name out loud, infinitely more entertaining than chasing after people who sometimes throw weapons at you while dodging bowling balls thrown by some guy sitting on his keister. I suppose there’s worse games on Nintendo’s online service, but that’s damn faint praise. “Ninja Gaiden” this is not.
