These two had a nigh-impossible task in front of them. This has been the greatest edition of the Best of the Super Juniors tournament to date, but after the wars that have been fought to date, how in the blazes could these two, who have no storyline going in, possibly end the tournament on the highest note possible? Accomplishing that would entail having to up the brutality to a level not seen in NJPW this year, like someone throwing their opponent down a set of concrete stairs, which happens less than five minutes into this match.
