telling lies (Switch version)

On the one hand, the much ballyhooed “morality play” at work here isn’t the emotional or political powder keg some have made it out to be; without getting into spoilers, “Telling Lies” is more about paying lip service to big ideas rather than exploring them. On the other hand, it’s more cohesive and less frustrating than Barlow’s previous “Her Story”, with a story(!) that has definitive acts and actors that can actually act(!!). It’s better than most David Cage games, at least in terms of storytelling, though don’t mistake that for a glowing recommendation. Pick this up on sale, maybe.
