The Emoji Movie

Philosophies built around the death of God revolve around at least one of the following two conceits: we've moved so far past spirituality (and, by extension, morality) that the populace willingly discards faith in a higher power in favor of indulging their vices, and that God's death (or complete lack of existence in the first place) is most easily proven by the deluge of atrocities He's allowed to happen to good and innocent people. A sizable sect of the population roundly reject the phrase "God Is Dead", arguing the good word and citing His good deeds. I envy their optimism.
