WWF King of the Ring 1999

This has the distinction of being the first PPV I ever watched as it was happening. It is also the worst PPV I ever watched as it was happening. An incredibly poorly booked tournament with the wrong guy winning while having X-Pac, who was nursing a neck injury, make it to the finals, and that the best match on the card is an E&C vs. Hardyz encounter that doesn’t top five minutes should say something about the match quality. I know a lot of people want to see King of The Ring come back, but here’s a case against it.
