Baseball (NES version)
It’s fun for a whole inning. The pitching game is surprisingly decent, but almost everything that happens after the bat hits the ball is based in luck. How your outfielders reach the ball is up to the CPU, which wouldn’t be a problem if it did a good job of fielding the ball, and it almost never does. Controlling your runners feels more like I’m giving suggestions than controlling how my team is playing. Couple that with play that moves with all the space and grace of a glacier and you have a thoroughly miserable title. Two words: “Extra Innings”.
