Irish peeps, here’s your “My Big Fat Greek Wedding”. Revel in how Irish these Irish dudes are as they Batman the city of Irish while Willem Dafoe tries to find his character’s arc. I think the film is counting on you being too drunk to notice the plot rushes to the end once all of the backstory is done. It’s got style, which might make a solid first impression, but this sort of vigilante story has been executed in a superior fashion countless times. Highest praise: it makes for a solid pool of samples for the intros to hip-hop songs.
