DuckTales (What Ever Happened to Della Duck?!)

"Ducktales" has been building up the mystery of Huey, Dewey, and Louie's mother since the final moments of the pilot, but while the answers given for her absence are plenty satisfying, those answers don't represent the biggest delayed payoff in the episode (that would go to the lullaby, an emotional moment thirty years in the making). Paget Brewster has to go through a whole film's worth of emotional tones in half an hour, and that she's game for all of it should serve as sufficient audition for a lead role in a proper film. On par with my beloved "Batman".
