Mighty No. 9 (PS4 version revisited, played on PS5 for review)

Sometimes, you get the urge to revisit a trainwreck. My experience with what I previously called the “The Room” of video games wasn’t quite as negative this time around as some levels registered to me this time around as just plain bad instead of the awful I initially pegged it as. Other levels, however, live down to the hype, the sniper level in particular being conceptually interesting but also has no checkpoints in a level that takes well over five minutes to complete; amateur hour crap, really. You’re better off playing “Mega Man Soccer”, no cap, I shouldn’t say “cap”.
