No Thing

The aesthetic had me hoping “No Thing” would be a spiritual successor to the famed “LSD: Dream Emulator”, but the actual product is an endless runner. A computerized voice recites inscrutable poetry while you attempt to stay on a course that’s surprisingly difficult for this genre—the game can be beaten in half an hour, but expect to take two hours to actually get through it. It is regularly on sale for such a ludicrously low price (from its standard $2 asking price) that it’s practically being given away, and that’s just as well because it is very much overpriced.
