Return of the Obra Dinn

I suppose there are worse outcomes for trying to land between “Her Story” and “The Witness”. Like “Story”, “Dinn” thinks the process is its own reward (it isn’t), and like “The Witness”, it expects you to do most of the legwork in unveiling the story, and credit where it’s due that “Dinn” isn’t nearly as hostile towards the player as Jonathan Blow was with his massive pile of crap. There’s enough conveyed “aha!” moments here for me to push my thumb squarely into the middle, though be warned this is more for those who love jigsaw puzzles, not video games.
