Spider-Man (2018 video game)

Will we ever get a good “Spider-Man” game? The amazing, uncanny do-gooder stars in yet another terrible game that controls horribly, is bound together with a bad plot, and has a seemingly endless supply of bad boss fights. The production values are far above the SNES Spider-Man titles and there’s some charm to the first quarter of the game, but that there’s two hours between the tutorial level and the first proper story mission should say all that needs to be said about how mangled the pacing is. A boring, awful game, though unfortunately far from the worst of 2018.
