Spider-Man: Miles Morales (PS5 version)

Will we ever get a good “Spider-Man” game? Insomniac’s second swing features a bevy of improvements such as a better story, considerably streamlined mechanics, and a combat system that feels a little better than the abysmal first game, but I fear that implies “Miles Morales” is good and it isn’t. Combat is still below the standards set by modern brawlers, stealth is as boring as it was in the first game, and the story is still stupid crap for dumb babies whose twists you can call a mile off. The game sure looks pretty, shame about the rest of it.
