“The Death of WCW 10th Anniversary Edition” by Bryan Alvarez and R.D. Reynolds

I liked "The Death of WCW", but between its transparent jokes-per-page quota and its comical lack of citations (two?), I can't give it a hearty recommendation. The 10th Anniversary edition sees Alvarez and Reynolds fix these issues, adding dimension to the story of one of the most spectacular downfalls of all time through a great degree of first-hand accounts as well as perspective in the form of tabulating which of WCW's failures were learned from and which weren't (guess which figure is higher). A better retrospective on the subject than anything WWE has ever (and likely will ever) put out.
