If the meat and potatoes of your match is little besides escalation of high spots into finishers, why bother with going more than thirty minutes and padding the action with incoherent limb work? Just be like Joe vs. Kobashi and make your gloriously stupid match one whole finishing sequence and aim to be done in twenty minutes. Cole and Gargano are too smooth in their execution to not be impressed with the effort, but they’re acting like their script is “The Godfather Part Two” when they’ve been handed “Hot Tub Time Machine 2”. Crowd liked it, but they were drunk.
