Dead Rising

This is a game with a long time between save points, a main character with a low health bar, and a guarantee that you’re not going to get the good ending the first time around. You can mitigate the punishment by having fun with a variety of fun weapons and colorful bosses, but “Dead Rising” will mess you up, and you won’t get to mess it up back until after you take your lumps, and OH BOY does it feel satisfying to hit back. This might be a scary proposition for some gamers. How dare a horror game be scary.
