Hell and Back

A film that looks as good as this and has a cast that includes Susan Sarandon, Mila Kunis, T.J. Miller, Bob Odenkirk, and Danny McBride has no business sucking this hard. The visual design of this film is great, bordering on inspired at times, and it is in service of a film in which everything has to land on a dick joke and a recurring gag about male rape climaxes with a musical number (and then keeps going because screw you). I wasn’t expecting something highbrow, but this R-rated immaturity represents a waste of time to you and its creators.
