The Reason I Jump (2021 film)

“The Reason I Jump” is full of instances conveying how autistic folk and those on the spectrum sense the world around them. With most bits, I responded “thanks for telling me what I already know”. It’s all very well done, and I can understand how it could prove evocative for neurotypical folk. For me, this was like taking a primary school math class after getting a degree. Maybe this will prove useful to you to an invaluable degree, but I didn’t find this nearly as revelatory as its press makes it out to be. Still better than that octopus film.
