WWF War Zone (Game Boy version)

My word. The versions of “WWF War Zone” (not “Warzone”, I checked) on the fifth generation of video game hardware would go on to choke used game bins for decades, but the Game Boy port makes them look like “Fire Pro Wrestling” in comparison. Avatars look nothing like how they’re supposed to (Mankind and Kane wearing singlets is the tip of the iceberg), gameplay consists of nothing besides timing punches and mashing grabs, and executing finishers requires holding select(!) while inputting a series of moves you couldn’t possibly guess by yourself. Terrible, even by the standards of mobile wrestling games.
